Our customers are largely researchers. The products we sell at All Cells are human tissue, mainly bone marrow cord, white blood cells, and whole blood. There’s a very high demand in human tissue for specifically human stem cells cd34s. A lot of our customers have spanned between Europe all the way to Japan.

Our company has scaled to a size where our old ERP couldn’t manage whole business processes. We reached out to [NetSuite](/content/solutions/shipping-software-for-netsuite/ "NetSuite"/index.html) because we understood that NetSuite offered very high flexibility, best practices, and that all our users can access the NetSuite ERP from anywhere. NetSuite is the platform we run our business on.

We had many different challenges, and shipping was significantly impacted. We were hands-on trying to manage all the individual documents going out with each shipment, ensuring that they were accurate. Every package that goes out of our facility, whether domestically or internationally, needs timely updates to our customers about their products at every stage. If there’s a delay, we must notify them right away. Some shipments are life-and-death scenarios, making accuracy crucial.

With the advent of Pacejet, we covered shipping costs accurately. It automated all the packing slips, reducing a lot of hands-on time. My favorite thing about Pacejet is having all the documents ready as soon as you hit that ship button. It streamlined our previous individual management of documents, making the process easy.

Pacejet helps us with FedEx by allowing our customer success team to give customers accurate shipping cost quotes. This precision has been very beneficial when shipping on the same day. Our customer success team values the real-time tracking information on our packages; Pacejet enables this.

AllCells ships "All the Right Cells" at the right times and needed a solution to ensure national delivery ease. On average, AllCells delivers 65-85 shipments monthly, all time-sensitive. Before their Pacejet integration with NetSuite, they manually entered each shipment into a separate portal, struggling with time-sensitive materials and necessary changes. Moving to one interface for shipping saved them time and money while efficiently shipping cells worldwide.
